A proper estate management company should be run and owned by the residents.
Really it’s just another way for a private company to make money at the expense of residents for things that would generally have been managed by the local council in most cases.

The Roadsmart offer is hard to ignore but I will just say I fitted some Dunlop Mutants to the Multi over Xmas. Second time out today and have to say they are a brilliant tyre. Handle like a sports tyre but grip like a wet tyre even in winter.

And this is why the UK is broke. Has too few doctors, polic, crumbling schools, pothole ridden roads.
Whilst we are all paying 20-45% tax on our income plus 11% National insurance, this **** is paying 23% on £2.2 million of income.

Toyota will fix that issue with solid state batteries.
If you want to see how really f*cked we are watch a programme called Ice on Fire on Sky currently. On current rates of emission we are destined to see temperatures 5c above pre industial levels by the end of this century.

Hydrogen has significant issues to overcome to be seen as a viable fuel, not least the fuel tank needs to be extremely strong due to the pressure required and thus very heavy.
Production of hydrogen also uses lots of energy in the first place.
