Re: Kwacky's 675 Street Triple

I'm not that quick and I don't do many track days so fingers crossed it won't be an issue, but thanks for the heads up.

arms and shoulders, whilst showing my wife how to deadlift. Fair play, she did 3x8 at 40kg without a struggle.

Re: Isle of Man - 8th to 10th September

I think I usually pay around £100. I know they've put their prices up.

The seating option is for the upstairs lounge. It's never full so I doubt there will be any problems with you sitting up there.

Re: Pokemon Go

I've just read that feeding berries to a friendly pokemon in a gym gives you a candy for that type. That's a good way to increase your big hitters. Trying to get Blissey candy is hard.

Weekend plans

Anyone up to anything?

Gym tonight then maybe a couple of pints

Saturday I've got to take Mrs Kwacky shopping for a new phone. This could be painful. Then I'm out on the night with some old school friends for a catch up. That will be very messy.

Sunday will be hangover recovery day.

Re: Pokemon Go

Raids are now available for level 35+ players. Lower levels are said to be allowed to raid next week. I got into a gym last night but didn't last long. It's all team Instinct around me. All 4 local gyms were yellow within about 10 minutes of being opened. Not sure what the set up is with the new gym...
