Hey up chaps.. Anybody used dot approved knobbies and used on road in wet. Are they really scary or OK?

Totally agree.. Hence it with me forever now. Thinking of either a tiger 800xc ot gs 1200 adventure as a second bike. Will always be an race bike guy..but fancy something different if I get a second.

Excluding usual consumables.. And replaced plastics.. Only one clutch basket to reduce rattle noise..and two cct. And never serviced..just oil n filters done myself..and coolants.. Only had its first valve check done at 60,000. Most were out and probably won't leave as long next time..But bike is p...

On my r20 used nikwax spray...Isnt bad for odd shower. Water just runs off great. Heavy long downpour useless.. Fully repaired the bike to its former glory since the august off at the Ring...omg whoever designed how the rear under tray and nose cone cone off needs to be hung, draw, quartered,shot then burned...anyway job done..like showroom again
