I thought the Americans watched every single movement of every plane from satellite? Fwiw I think the gold makes the bike look lighter.?

Also some above posts have suggested the gold ones are too bling.

This is a Duke ffs, it should look droolingly bling. Isn't that what they are all about, looking exotic & desirable.?

I believe you do get an increased voltage when the engine is revved.
Have you tried posting the dilemma on http://www.675.cc" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; mate?
There are some members on there who are exceptionally clued up on the Triumph 675.
