Re: Dropped helmet.

And as for your secret... not much of a secret!!! (lol)

But totally with you there, kids will test you and make you question your existence like nothing else. Someone told me when my first was born “you now have someone you will worry about daily for the rest of your life”. Pretty bang on.

Re: Dropped helmet.

The main issues with dropping a helmet is either compromising the outer shell integrity or compressing the impact obsorbant layer (polystyrene stuff). Neither of those are an issue in you case I don’t think, I’d still be using it. But any crash I’ve had, wether the helmet had visible damage or not, ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Rode the GB into town and back, narrowly missing a major thunderstorm. Gave the front brake few days ago and it works a lot better today. Also checked and adjusted the tyre pressures and she’s riding a bit firmer now.

No, just genetically have bad alignment in my hips knees and feet, which is in part adding to the neck issues I’m having.

Re: Mr Postman

GB bits, gear lever rubber grip, exhaust header copper washers and sump plug washers. Took alot of searching but found a local (well same state) supplier that has a lot of GB spares. When the parts arrived a key ring with their website on it came with it. I thought, that looks familiar? Looked at my...

Re: What do you want to vent about today?

My turn to rant about politicians. A small town down the hill from me (Windsor) is very historical. It was the first settlement outside of Sydney harbour area when the coloniels started to settle. There is lots of hidden historical value around the place. Tunnels used in the early times for rum smug...

Re: What are you doing today ??

Kicking around town for a few hours while the 4WD gets new tyres, brake discs, pads and wheel alignment. Been meaning to change pads and discs myself but body can’t handle it atm. Just changing the tyre on the weekend (big lump of metal tore the tyre open) left me sore for a couple of days. Taking t...

Re: Death free meat

I don’t like the sound of it at all. Every time the human race stuffs with nature like this it ends up biting us in the arse.

We just need to cull about 2/3 of the human race.

Actually, just all the non bike riders should balance it out right (lol)

Re: Mr Postman

It’s not unheard of for women to use them post birth for restrengthing their kegel muscles. Then some over achieve and end up with very strong kegels and great control. And there’s only one way to describe that situation

Fantastic (happy)
