...hooked up to my Tens Machine again this morning  My old friend 'prolapsed disc' back to haunt me for a few days  Smacked up on Voltarol, which doesn't agree with me and keeps me in an 'out of body' kinda state, and just grateful it's Friday 
That's all...  Sorry I missed church, I was busy practicing Witchcraft!

Fanks you lot!!! It's days like these that I wish I had a nice tall saloon car and not bucket seats 5 inches off the ground  And no, Kwacky, I can assure you it's real pain Pitty is being a real sweetie anyway. He sent me a text earlier saying there was no need to cook, and I quote...
 'I'm sure there's something in the freezer that the cooker can make edible'

Feeling loads better this morning but did nothing more strenuous than dinner out last night!  Just need to be careful with it, which I'm not always very good at. Need to start strengthening it up coz I got an appointment with a surf board in Cornwall in September!!! 
I think cheesecake is good for bad backs  Sorry I missed church, I was busy practicing Witchcraft!
