Yeah, just about got the poorly Viffer back to the sanctuary of Kwacky's where Mike kindly wheeled it straight into his van! Looks like I need a new set of exhaust headers though. Doh!

Whats a "viffer"? my guess is a vfr.

Yep. A VFR800 (one of the proper non-VTEC ones). It shares garage space with the world's shonkiest CB500 and a rather gorgeous Thunderbird 900.
