I've been looking at running race dates - and came across the Silverstone 10K I've been looking at running race dates - and came across the Silverstone 10K [www.runnersworld.co.uk] on 4th May. That sounds like a good crack, running the circuit.

My lady (Wendy) and me have now entered - it is £10.50 each.

Anyone else?

If speeding kills, you're looking at a deadman.

Although I wouldn't mind giving this a crack I'm already doing my first 10k the day before, the chances of me being able to run again for a while after that are slim at best. I ain't no Eddie Izzard!

And I'm off for the snip 10 days before that, I ain't looking forward to anything anymore!
