Not booked it yet but planning to do Mallory on Saturday 7th Nov. It will be my first go on my new K7 so will probably go in Inters.

Have to take pot luck on the weather.

No Limits are doing a Pie n Mash day on 2nd Jan which is a Saturday. If weather looks ok I may book this (£39) not least as it is my burfday.

I got that email too. I was tempted by the January one (if I am not on family visiting duty) there were some cheap ones too later in this year - but I'll have to wait to see if I can afford it at the time.

If I'm not doing anything I'll try and pop down and watch you on the new bike.

Not sure I can do it. I was going to have my new tyre and chain and sprocket set fitted this weekend but Mike is away. Looks like I'll have to go the following Saturday.

I might come up to Mallory afterwards to say hello.

Weather was brilliant. Started damp but then sunny all day.

Unfortunately I had a pretty major off. As I tipped into Gerards at full tilt, some tosser tries to overtake me on the inside and hit me as I apexed. The bikes locked together and then all I knew was I was sliding fast and then spinning as I hit the gravel.

I'm okay but rather battered today. The bike is very second hand now.

Gonna sulk for a while.

No, at the time I thought the guy had lowsided into me and it was just one of those things. It was only after talking to another guy who was right behind me that I found out what had actually happened.
